  I was parked in Montgomery where then I saw a Officer in a CPU drive past me cutting a BZR where then it made a illegal u-turn and began to drive erratically so I followed the HC Rancher and spoke to him privately where then they said they will deal with it. I then stayed behind the Rancher for a few minutes, as there was no way to turn off and then the Rancher pulled over, where then I pulled over a bit further down the street due to a Taxi on the right hand side, driving like a idiot. The Rancher then reversed down the street and hit my vehicle, not once! but twice. I was already in sheer panic of driving, due to the first police officer pulling all these traffic violations but now I was rammed by a Police Vehicle.

I was scared to drive after this, due to sheer panic running through my spine and feeling that the Police Department may decide to pick on me due to telling them I was taking this to court.

"Your honor, I would like a subpoena issued against the Defendant to show up to court, in reference to an incident which occurred today involving him. Additionally, the San Andreas Police Department would like to present a warrant against Mr. Brooks using information from this case as well as incident 17-0121.

I would also like to address the defendants claim of $10,000,000, which is absurd and I request for a dismissal by the court. The officer invovled in said incident has already been relieved of duty as well, so I see no further use nor judgement needed in this case by the court except in wasting its valuable time."

Your request for a subpoena has been granted and Mr. Brooks is required to attend the defence court in a criminal case that I believe that you will file with the court within 24 hours in relation to his arrest warrant issued by B. Beatty on 16/02/2017.

While you may see the damage claimant to be absurd, I will allow the court to issue a stay sua sponte of proceedings until the criminal case has processed. As the court believes damages were committed and the department is responsible, albeit the court believes that the damages seeked is indeed to high and therefore a proper amount will be settled following the proceedings of the criminal case if the defendant is successful, or this case will be dismissed if the court finds the defendant guilty.

You have 24 hours from this ruling to submit a criminal procedure case.
