[*=left]Why does the Defendant owe the Plaintiff money? I recklessly evaded the cops, and they knew my car. I turned myself in, and was suppose to be charged with only reckless driving. As i was getting driven to the jail, another cop "R. Martinez" came to the officer transporting me and told him he found my car and that it has guns in it which was not true. The officer transporting me told him to tow it, and take the guns which was not possible since it was in a gated fence. I was arrested for reckless evasion, and illegal firearms. When i got out of jail i checked, and my car was still there so they added an illegal firearm charge when I had no illegal firearms at all.
