CKed Player Names

New Suggestion/Idea
My suggestion is to add the ability to buy back a CKed player's NAME. Not their stuff/stats, just the name.

-Ability to buy back a name of a CKed player. All this would give you is the name back, not the stats/stuff.

Advantages/Benefits
Can continue on RPing as that character again.(but all your stats would be reset to starting.)

Disadvantages
If any
None.(can't think of any.)

How would you go about implementing this suggestion?
-Adding it to the F7 menu as a perk.

Additional information:
-Please leave me your thoughts on this. don't just do "-1 no kys". Please explain why its not a good idea.

Useless, simply buy a stat transfer, change the name via UCP and make a new one with the name. There are bigger and more important things to do right now if I'm not wrong. -1

Just use 1 ST to change the name, and make a new one in that name.

You can change the name of a character for 1ST. It does not matter if alive or dead.

Why? This completely removes the reason to CK people..................... Make a new character, roleplay something.
