((from what I saw from the posts is that LSPD failed to make representation, meaning that the judgement was made towards the victim without oppostion, I agree 1 million is a bit high but at the same time so is a lot of real estate in Los Santos))

(( The time span between Beatty's post "waiting for a representive" is only two days, in my town it takes atleast weeks before you get to court whenever you want to sue someone, therefore 1. A government faction specially LSPD should Always have a representive and 2. Not really fair to see someone getting 1 million for perhaps some BS. Now i'm not a superior in court things but i'm pretty sure this can never happen IRL.))

1. If the price seemed to be a bit ridiculous then LSPD should have come to court against me and disputed this, They did not do that so I won the case.

2. The reason for said case could have been explained to any LSPD representative if they would have asked either me (Representing myself) or the FC, They also never asked this question (Which leads me to believe they knew already) and also im pretty sure the person involved was brought in and questioned about the matter.

3. The time span between IRL court and IC court is different, I do agree with you on that, But at the same time IG time is alot faster than IRL time. So to you it may seem short but In Game it was a very long time.

I will be closing this thread as the case has now been shorted out and it seems to be becoming an OOC argument and I don't really want that to happen.

((The LSPD was fully aware of the case and the consequences... Regardless of what was asked in the lawsuit, the LSPD didn't contest it and the representative actually dismissed it out of hand. The million dollars came from my own bank account fyi.

Just like time in jail is shortend, and everything else, so is the court dates. IRL times take literal months, and we are sure as hell not doing that.))
