Existing gate not working - Dillon Anderson

I bought a building that has a small gate covering the parking area:

I need to get the gate set to me because at the moment I cannot open it, I was told to make a report in the forums about this by an admin.

Ello had set it for sale, I bought it, The interior has been changed to a normal office by the past owner and ello has a mustang inside :L
