aul always liked designing cars and making them look cool,
but his mother and father didn`t liked the idea of making car company that makes car paintjobs and designs the only ones that helped
were his older brother Lukasz. They started by making paintjobs on a photoshop and making it to reality by printing it as an wrap and so on till
Paul tryed to paint flames on a cars and he kept training to become one of the best painters and designers.
Just from the moment when Paul saw his friend doing arts with photoshop he tryed too but he got bored and tryed making it on a car photo and then
he never stoped thinking to make worlds best paint jobs and wrap works for people to enjoy and show it off at SAMI.(World biggest car show)
Paul started everything from buying a old bus station and rebuilding it from his money to one of the worlds biggest car designers. Making there companys
in all countrys and now they tought about making one in America (San Andreas).
Qualification to Join the Faction: Experience with car designer RP. Know something about cars and making designs for it.
No criminal records. Good RP skills or you will not get accepted.
Faction Rules:
1) Don`t ask CEO for promoting you.
2) Tell Co-Owner or CEO if you can`t work for sometime.
3) Call Co-Owner or CEO why you can`t come to meeting or to job. (Leave a not if none Co-Owner or CEO are online)
4) Don`t take company cars after work.
5) Don`t keep comapany cars in middle of the road or somewhere else. (Bring it to parking lot)
6) DO not insult bigger or lower rank people in a company. Three warnings and your out.
7) Do not make your own prices for car wrap/paintjob.
8) Wear job uniform only at work place or when going to pick/deliver customers car.
IC Faction Rules
1) RP puting wrap or Paintjob on a car.
2) Make customers wait for it to dry out after wrap/paintjob is made.
3) Do not be rude to customer at any cost.
4) Respect the police. Do not provoke them. Getting yourself arrested imaturely may result in a demote.
5) You will refer anyone who is a higher rank than you as Sir.
6) Do not tell company radio id to anyone, we don`t need people hearing our time for meetings and stuff.
7) All faction viechles can be used for only certain rank peeople.
OOC Faction Rules
1) 25 days of inactivity will result in a kick.
2) Poor RP standards can result in a kick if not improved upon.
3) Failure to follow regular OOC rules may result in a kick.
4) OOC disrespect to any other member of the faction may result in a kick or suspension.
If your faction is made, what would you need? (Example: Badges, Mapped HQ, Ect.): We will need gates that open for Employers only.
And two mappend offices in our garage. and badges.
