Reason: We would like a On-Duty and Off-Duty TS channel to be added so that we can communicate between members easier. The IC Chat would have 2 channel in it, A corporate office (password Protected IC chat) and a On-Duty radio for members (Open IC radio channel). The OOC chat would have a Leaders Lounge (Password protected OOC chat) and an Off-Duty Lounge (open OOC chat)
