The easiest way to bind is to hit F8 while your doing this you do not put slashes so if your binding /bind 1 /me dances it would be bind 1 me dances its simple and also to bind numpad buttons it would be bind num_1 me dances. just thought this would help. a few players out

Actually to make sure the bind works do it like this:
"/bind [key] down [command] text"
For that you make sure the bind is triggered when the button state = 'down'
It's an MTA thing, but when you type it like : "bind num_add down me picks his nose", you can insert multiple commands and it will display in the correct format.

Binds are amazing until you get everyone running around with a bind for *takes gun from waistline* *takes aim* *pulls trigger* shooting you without giving you any time to react. lol

Don't do it! whenever you interact with an NPC, GUI, Inventory, etc. which requires you to use your left mouse button, it will output the /me, and everyone will be like, dafuq?
I've done this before, and I'm sure others have... let's just say, it was a very bad decision.
