1. Why are you applying for a firearm Permit? I wish to have more protection Off Duty as an LSPD Officer, as a lot of Police Officers become hated by individuals for various reasons.
2. What will you use these firearms for? Any firearms I purchase will be used for Self - Defence mainly, with some recreational shooting maybe.
3. If accepted, where will you store this firearm? My firearms would be safely stored inside a locked safe inside my apartment, or concealed and unloaded if I have to carry it out of the house
4.Please explain a situation where you would pull out your firearm. ((Long Answer - 50 words)) If someone was assaulting or threatening myself or another individual in public I would draw my firearm, most likely a Colt .45 pistol and aim it at the suspect. Due to it being a public place and for the safety of others around me, I would most likely leave the safety on to ensure that no one is injured by an accidental discharge.
5. Please explain a situation where you would not pull your firearm out, but call 911. ((Long Answer - 50 words)) If someone was caught selling weed or other hard drugs to someone, as that would be an issue that isn't threatening the lives of anyone and is best left to an On-Duty Officer of a Law Faction
