How/where to tune you car?

Seen customized cars with tinted windows and such, just wondering how/where you would get that done. Quite new to the server, thanks for any help.

If you want these tinted windows, just RP tinting them yourself (I believe Hex can tint them too) and after you did this, you can call an admin to apply the tint for you, it costs 200k tough.

Don't forget you need to /report before RPing, so admin can see it as well. And you need to have those $200,000 in your wallet.

And also, you need to be employed as a Mechanic to paint the vehicle and add upgrades. You also have to be in a garage to do it. Don't forget to RP it!
