Police Officer’s Crime Sheet

Terms:
-Parole: supervised release of a prisoner before the completion of their sentence in prison.

Felony Charges
Felony charges are those that will require a sentence to be held in the Los Santos Correctional Facility. All suspects charged for Felony charges are guilty until proven innocent. ((Charges more than 20 years will result in a ‘CK’ of the character, or a permanent jail time at the correctional facility. Murders are considered a CK, if it was a PK, it is to be considered Battery.))

Terrorism - USC Chapter 13B
-Any act of malice against a large group of people i.e. bombing a stadium.
Charge: Tried in Federal Court, Capital Punishment by jury of peers.

First Degree Murder - PC 189
-Purposefully and forcefully ending the life of another person or persons.
Charges: 25 years to life in prison without parole.
First Degree Murder of an officer: 30 years to life in prison without parole.

Second Degree Murder - PC 190
-Ending the life of another person or persons without prior though of the event.
Charges: 20 years to life in prison without parole.
Second Degree Murder of an officer: 25 years to life in prison without parole.

Attempted Murder - PC 664
-Making an attempt to end the life of another person or persons.
Charges: 20 hours, $50,000 fine.
Attempted Murder on an officer: 24 hours, $80,000 fine.

Manslaughter - PC 192
-Murder of another person without malicious intent.
Voluntary Manslaughter: 15 hours.
Involuntary Manslaughter: 5 hours.
Vehicular Manslaughter: 10 hours.

Battery - PC 242
-Use of force against another, resulting in harmful or offensive contact.
Charge: 6 hours, $10,000 fine.

Assault - PC 245
-A physical and or verbal attack on another person or persons, or any intentional physical contact with another person without their consent.
Charge: 5 hours.
With a weapon: 8 hours.
With a firearm: 15 hours.

Hit and Run - VC 20001
-Being involved in a vehicular crash with another vehicle, property, person, etcetera, and then fleeing the scene without leaving personal contact information.
Charge: 12 hours, $5,000 to $15,000 fine.

Rape - PC 261
-Forcing someone to have sex without consent.
Charge: 24 hours, with a $20,000 fine.
With force: 24 hours, with a $60,000 fine.

Kidnapping - PC 207
-Detaining a person without their consent.
Charge: 24 hours, with a $100,000 fine.

Robbery - PC 211
-Using force to seize property from a person/property.
Charge: 8 hours, with a $10,000 fine.

Extortion - PC 518
-Intimidating persons to acquire money or property.
Charge: 4 hours, $9,000 fine.
With force: 6 hours, $14,000 fine.

Forgery - PC 470
- Making, adapting, or imitating objects, statistics, or documents with the intent to deceive.
Charge: 2 hours, $15,000 fine.

Theft - PC 484
-Stealing of property without consent of the owner.
Charge: 4 hours, with a fine equal to the property stolen + $2,000

Grant Theft - PC 487a
-The theft of property without consent of the owner involving any type of assaults of malicious intent.
Charge: 8 hours, with a fine equal to the property stolen + $10,000

Grand Theft Auto - VC 10851
-Stealing a vehicle
Charge: 4 hours, $10,000 fine.
Vehicles over $40,000: 6 hours, and additional $3,000 fine.
Vehicles over $100,000: 8 hours, and additional $10,000 fine.

Grand Theft Auto of an Emergency Vehicle - VC 10851a
-Stealing an Emergency Services, Government, or Police Department vehicle.
Charge: 24 hours, $25,000 fine.

Vigilantism - PC 190
-Enforcing the law while not being a law enforcement officer.
Charge: 2 hours, $5,000 fine.

Impersonating a Law Enforcer - PC 538
-Acting as an officer of the law while not being a law enforcement officer.
Charge: 4 hours, $10,000 fine.

Rioting/Conspiracy to Riot - PC 403
-Conspiring to, or acting in a public disturbance involving acts of violence and or vandalism.
Charge: 10 hours, with a fine of $20,000.

Arson - PC 450
-Creating a fire in an unlawful manner, usually causing harm to a person/property.
Causing bodily harm: 24 hours, and a fine of $60,000.
Causing harm to property: 24 hours, fine of $30,000 or half the property value (whichever is higher).
Causing damage to a forest: 24 hours, fine of $100,000.

Conspiracy - PC 182
-An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime.
Charge: 2 hours, and a fine of $3,000.

Bribery - PC 67 (Gov. Rep.) or PC 92 (sworn officers, judicial)
-Offering, giving, receiving, and/or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in command of a public and/ or legal duty.
Charge: 3 hours, and a fine up to $10,000.

Perjury - PC 118
-Lying under oath or affirmation in a court of law or in any of various sworn statements in writing.
Charge: 3 hours, and a fine of up to $4,000.
Causing the conviction and or execution of an innocent person: Life in prison.

Aiding and Abetting - PC 777
-Actively participating in a crime, even if not actively committing the offence.
Charge: 2 hours.

Evasion - VC 2800.1 (Recklessly VC 2800.2)
-Fleeing from police.
Charge: 8 hours, $4,000 fine
Vehicular Evasion: 12 hours, $10,000 fine, permanent impound of vehicle.
Reckless Evasion: 18 hours, $20,000 fine, permanent impound of vehicle.

Brandishing a Lethal Firearm - PC 417
-Showing a lethal weapon/discharging a lethal weapon in public.
Charge: 20 hours, $2,000 fine.

Drug/Arms Trafficking and Possession - HSC 11351 / HSC 11350
-Distributing and/or owing illegal substances and/or firearms.
Possession (1st charge): 1 hours, $4,000 fine. (HSC 11351)
Possession (2nd + charge): 2 hours, $10,000 fine. (HSC 11351)
Trafficking: 20 hours, $18,000 fine. (HSC 11350)

Possession of Illegal Firearms - PC 626
-Owning any automatic firearm and/or rifle without a license
Charge: 16 hours, $10,000 fine

Resisting Arrest - PC 148
-Impeding the arrest procedure in any way.
Charge: 1 hours, $500 fine.

False Bomb Threat - PC 190.4
-Calling in a false bomb threat.
Charge: 18 hours, $5,000 fine.

False Police Report - PC 191
-Calling 911 with a false report.
Charge: 1 hours, $1000 fine.





Misdemeanor Charges
Misdemeanor charges are those that will require either a ticket or jail sentence to be held at the department’s cells. Misdemeanors will not result in a transfer to the Los Santos Correctional Facility.

Indecent Exposure - PC 314
-Being indecently exposed out in public. (Being out in public in the nude).
Charge: $400 ticket

Burglary - PC 458
-Entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence.
Charge: 4 hours, $5,000 fine.

Embezzlement - PC 503
-Dishonestly appropriating or secreting assets by one or more individuals to whom such assets have been entrusted.
Charge: 6 to 24 hours, $10,000 fine.

Forcible Entry - PC 1159
-Entering a property forcefully without permission from the property owner.
Charge: 6 to 12 hours, $4,000 fine.

Failure to Pay a Ticket - PC 1213
-Failing to pay a ticket on time.
Charge: Double the charge posted on the ticket. If he continues, arrest him for Failure to Obey.

Obstruction of Justice - PC 146e
-Interfering with any governmental operations.
Ordinary Case: 2 to 6 hours, $5,000 fine.

Failure to Obey a Lawful Order - VC 21461
-Failure to obey law-enforcement officers, traffic-control officers, and/or firemen as traffic-control officers which order or direction is directly related to an emergency situation.
Charge: 1 hours
Resulting in death of a person: 24 hours, $100,000 fine.
Resulting in death of two or more: 24 hours, $200,000 fine.

Prostitution - PC 653.2
-Having sexual intercourse for money and/or any item of value.
Charge: 3 hours, $5,000 fine.

Pimping - PC 266(h)
-Employing prostitutes for any kind of profit.
Charge: 6 hours, $10,000 fine.

Trespassing - PC 602
-Entering a restricted government property, or entering a private property without permission.
Charge: 4 hours, $2,000 fine.

Stalking - PC 646
-Following/spying on a person without their permission.
Charge: 5 hours, $5,000 fine.

Disorderly Conduct - PC 647
-Display of improper behavior, i.e. slapping, name calling, etcetera.
Charge: 1 hours, $500 fine.

Loitering - PC 647(e)
-Standing, sitting, laying, or sleeping, blocking a public place such as a sidewalk or business, causing the interference with public traffic.
Charge: Up to a $1,000 ticket.

Vandalism - PC 594
-Damaging or destroying public/private property.
Charge: $5,000 ticket, repeat offenders 4 to 6 hour jail.

Public Intoxication - PC 647(f)
-Being under the influence while in a public environment.
Charge: 4 hours, $1,000 ticket.

Obscene Phone Calls - PC 653(m)
-Making harassing/inappropriate phone calls.
Charge: 12 hours, $1,000 fine.

Disturbing the Peace - PC 403
-Causing a disturbance hampering normal execution with daily life.
Charge: Up to $500 ticket.

Tampering with a Vehicle - VC 602
-Attempting to enter and/or being in physical contact with a vehicle that is not owned by the suspect.
Charge: 6 hours, up to $1,000 fine

Carrying a Loaded Firearm - PC 25850
-Having a loaded firearm on your person.
Charge: 6 hours, up to $5,000 fine



Traffic Violations
Traffic violations are fines for violating traffic and vehicular laws.

Driving a Street Illegal Vehicle - VC 23100
-Driving any vehicle violating the DMV regulations of street legal vehicles.
Charge: $1,000 ticket and seizure of vehicle.

Failure to Yield for Emergency Vehicles - VC 21806
-Failure to pull to the right side of the road to let an emergency vehicle pass.
Charge: $1,000 ticket

Street Racing - VC 23109
-Racing on any public road without a legal permit to do so.
Charge: $5,000 - $7,000 ticket, license revocation, permanent impound of vehicle.

Reckless Driving - VC 23103
-Driving a vehicle in a manner that endangers the life of other persons.
Charge: 12 too 18 hours, $5,000 fine. License revocation, permanent impound of vehicle.

DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) - VC 23152
(Legal BAC (Blood Alcohol Limit) is 0.08)
First Offence: 20 hours, $500 fine.
Repeat Offender: 24 hours, $2,000 fine.
Under Influence of Drugs: 24 hours, $3,000 fine.

Speeding - VC 22350
-Driving a vehicle (including bicycles) over the posted speed limit.
All charges are also to include a demerit on the driver’s license.
Speeding 1-5mph over the limit: Verbal warning or $100 ticket.
Speeding 6-10mph over the limit: Verbal warning or $300 ticket.
Speeding 11-15mph over the limit: $1,000 ticket
Speeding 16mph-20 over the limit: License revocation, $2,000 ticket
Any speed more than 20mph over the limit is considered reckless driving.

Failure to Wear a Seat belt - VC 27315
-Wearing no seat belt while operating a vehicle.
Charge: $250 ticket, demerit on the driver's license.

Failure to stop at a stop zone - VC 22450
-The stopping zone is anywhere there is a crosswalk at an intersection.
Charge: $300 ticket, demerit on the driver’s license.

Driving without a License - VC 12500
-Operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Charge: Up to $500 ticket, possible 1 hour jail.

Refusal to Give License - VC 11211
-Refusing to show a Law Enforcement Officer your license at any time.
Charge: $400 ticket, revocation of driver’s license.

Following too closely - VC 21703
-Following a vehicle at an unsafe distance as posted by the DMV.
Charge: Up to $500 ticket.

Following Emergency Vehicles - VC 21706
-Following an Emergency Vehicle.
Charge: Up to $2,000 fine.

Illegal parking - VC 22651
-Parking a vehicle improperly as stated by the DMV, or parking so that a road/alley/driveway is blocked.
1st time: $400 ticket
Repeat offender: $500 ticket, vehicle impounded 5 days, license demerit

Driving in the wrong lane of traffic - VC 21650
-Driving against the flow of traffic.
Charge: up to $800 ticket, 2 license demerits

Possession/Use of Nitrous Oxide - VC 369(a)
-Ownership or use of nitrous oxide in any vehicle.
Charge: $1,000 ticket, license revocation, permanent impound of vehicle

Illegally tinted windows - VC 26708
-Having windows tinted above the legal limit.
The legal tint limit is – 0% front, 0% windshield, 20% back, 70% rear
Charge: $3,000-$4,000 fine, impound of vehicle, license revocation

Illegal use of emergency sirens/strobes - VC 830
-Having a vehicle fitted with emergency sirens/strobes when not a member of the LSPD, LSES, or LS Government and/or using them while not a member of previously stated agencies.
Charge: 18 hours, $100,000 fine. License revocation, permanent impound of vehicle

Failure to provide proof of insurance - VC 16028 a
- Proof of insurance is required to be with the motor vehicle operator at all times.
Charge: Up to $1,000 Ticket
