It doesn't download I can't connect to the server

Hello,
I was trying to connect to the server and I saw that the Download Progress is not downloading. The Map Progress finishes up in 3 seconds but download progress... doesnt fills up and stays there http://prntscr.com/32w5t9 and than says 500 internal server error. And boom It stops doing anything Please help

This usually doesn't restore for numerous hours, requires server restart.
