(( I have already made this thread a long time ago but then i went inactive and wasn't able to finish it and get the faction, i am back now and ready to start it again. New screenshots added))
Description: SAS&T offers Security for anyone. We can guard people, places, or vehicles, Doesn't matter if they are moving or not. All members wear Black suits, and drive vehicles like Ford Explorers, Patriots, Premiers, Securicars, Staffords, and Motorbikes. SAS&T members will all be armed with a simple weapon, and trained to fight. All member will have excellent driving skills. SAS&T is also a Transportation business. We have Small vans, big trucks, Semis, DFTs, even tow trucks. All transportation jobs will include a truck holding whatever we are transporting, and 2-4 vehicles driving infront and behind it, guarding it, making sure everything runs smoothly, and safely. Just incase the convoy gets ambushed, if a group of people attempt to rob what we are transporting. we have some emergency vehicles for backup, such as Bullets, Mustangs, and NRGs. Since SAS&T is a security service, we can also help with big events like riots and or very crowded areas that need to be evacuated. If there is a place that the PD is working in, and need people to stay out, like a certain road, they PD can radio us in, and we will send members in SUVs to block the roads, and keep people out. SAS&T could be very useful to the PD. Since we wont be doing big stuff like that all the time, we will also be transporting little things for people like furniture, cars, and boats. SAS&T HQ also has a office with high tech computers and people to help figure out safe routes and tactics before we do a job. Everything we do will be all over San Andreas, transporting from places like LS to LV. Each job will be charged a standard fee of $750 plus any other additional charges including, what vehicle is used, time, distance, etc.

Qualifications: SAS&T will host live interviews which the manager will be in charge of, each person will get a background check for any criminal record. If someone is recruited they will become a student and go through training. The Lead Guard will be in charge of training.

(( OOC: This is a full Legal Business and will have no illegal activity. Also we will need badges, and if possible a /duty where everyone will get a suit, and a weapon, Not lethal, like a Shotgun with beanbags (we will not shoot unless shot at first). Any member that is corrupt doing illegal activity will be kicked immediately and will never be able to join again. Any member caught abusing the Weapons, or vehicles, will also be Kicked and Not be able to re-join. if a member is inactive for 3 days or more, they will be suspended, 5 days or more, they will be kicked. everyone will have a salary, higher rank, higher salary. the number that people call for a job will be the lead operations manager, which will be written with each ad, and when they are offline, the operations manager will take over.

I gotta say we don't get too much business but i think it will still work because the prices aren't to low either, but still low enough for people to actually want to use the business. We make lots of ads so that helps.

Sidenote: I've seen this type of faction before many times and in the end it just becomes a waste of space on the database. If there is anything big in the city it is legal to schedule an escorting from the local police department, for a small fee of course. I don't see the necessity of this faction. I also don't take kind to how it's presented either, it feels and looks like you're just trying to throw the faction together - throwing something together is a quick process but definitively, that something doesn't last long so why would this faction? If you're not willing to put some time into an intro for your faction, then how are you going to be expected to take time for your faction? Personally, I don't feel like this would go anywhere for how it stands. Your structure (not ranks) just doesn't intrigue me and actually pushes me away leaving me with a bad taste. Aside from that, I think it would be better if it showed effort, to put it frank.

As I recall another Security faction was started up not to long ago, it didn't work out too well. The implications of this faction could be good but I simply don't see that happening. Also do note that there are a lot of other factions at the moment, I think with our player base adding one more is not necessary.

The description of the faction is a simple big no for me. Convoys to escort things you carry around the city? What is this, Baghdad? You're not the military, your faction should be nothing more than a simple bodyguard/transport type service, not a private army you hire in Venezuela. Seems like just another faction which will buy a crap ton of vehicles, never use them, then give half the server the /duty perk to have free weapons like Titan.

And that, just no. That's illegal, the simple fact that you even stated that proves to me you don't know what you're doing and did no research into the role of your faction, real life counter parts, or really anything aside from James Bond movies.

• No members listed in the faction request may vote, only players and admins unrelated to the faction request may

I'm sorry, but after seeing other people's opinions on this idea, I'm going to have to give it a -1.

In my opinion this is one of those factions that looks cool when it starts out, but then it "takes a turn for the worst." Here are one of the examples of how it will "take a turn for the worst." In the first few weeks, everyone needs your services, but after those few weeks those services won't be needed, causing boredom for the members in the faction, then members will not want to log on to even RP with the faction due to no RP happening. Turning it inactive, making Ello/FRT shut down another faction.
