I was looking around, trying to find out how to buy a Phoenix, because I have only seen 1 at car dealership, and I came across the Requesting Vehicles thread: http://www.mtaroleplay.com/forums/showthread.php?7-Info-about-Requesting-Vehicles
And according to the list of vehicles on there, the NRG-500 is listed as "Recreational Vehicles - Street Illegal" However, on the server, a vast majority of the motorbikes I see driving around Los Santos are NRG-500s? I'm just curious as to why so many people are driving a street illegal vehicle around, and nothing happens when they drive past a cop.
