Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
Grant owner of interior ability to lease their interior out to tenants/room mates. The tenant would be given a key script wise, and would pay the lease price per paycheck. If tenant fails to pay rent, the key would disappear from their inventory. (Might have to code this so keys are not able to be copied via key copy NPC). This could also be expanded to business interiors.

/leaseint [Price] - The owner would use this to lease interior to tenant.
/rentint when near interior marker, or have the potential tent press F/ENTER on interior marker and have a GUI window pop up to rent the interior.

This would allow for people to invest interiors with the intention of making profit, and could also create real estate potential for perhaps a realtor faction.

-1. It would be better to just leave it how it is and RPly rent it out to players. Have them pay you via band transfer or meet up for cash, having it this way kinda takes away from the rp experience. maybe if you purchased a hotel for apartment complex this would be a good idea, but i dont think just having every interior able to be rented is a good idea.

The faction "Metropolitan" is now opening up. It is now going to be leasing out properties and vehicles to players. Employees can also earn a commission off houses they either sell or lease. The company will also be offering services for players whom of which would like to sell or lease their property or vehicle. It's headquarters will be located in the building attached to the DMV.

We still need scripted support for this... a faction is all fine and dandy but with our current playerbase, and activity it's useless. If we had scripted support, more users in general would benefit and would not require for two people to be online at the same time which can be rather difficult in a lot of cases due to different time zones, and personal schedules.

We need to keep as much roleplay happening as possible, even though we don't have enough players. New players and returning players want to be able to just jump in and play, not deal with all this. If there's more factions like these, new New people will join and plstay if they have a reason to, but if there aren't any factions or anythanything to do, would you come back?

+1 Still like the idea of this... definately is a great thing and I have suggested it many times, but never officially...
