Greetings fellow residents of Los Santos.
A new bill has been passed in to law, that involves proper parking etiquette. We as Hex are contracted by the city of Los Santos to enforce parking laws, as the Police are far too busy to do so their self. We wanted to offer up a press release today informing everyone of the new changes coming to parking Effective October 10, 2014.

Effective October 10, All vehicles must be parking facing the flow of traffic. This applies to all roads, side roads, highways, streets, and etc.

Below I have created a few pictures to better explain this.
The Following vehicle will be considered Illegally Parked as of October 10

The reason this vehicle is Considered Illegal is because it is facing the opposite direction as the lane it is parked in. You can no longer park backward.

The following picture depicts Proper Legal parking

As Noted above, This law does not go in to effect until October 10, So Hex will not be enforcing the law until then. Please ready yourself for this, As we will not be offering refunds on Tow and Impound fees for those of you who "Didn't know" or "Forgot"

While we are announcing, We wanted to point out a few of our most popular reasons as to why some are getting towed lately, so that everyone is aware why they are begin towed.. In the above two pictures both indicated Two Wheels on the sidewalk, and two off. This is the proper way to park. If your vehicle is not halfway on or off, and is completely on or off the sidewalk, it will be considered illegal. Motorcycles may not park on the sidewalk or near the sidewalk. They must be completely off the road AND sidewalk in a designated motorcycle parking area.
Also, Please remember that No parking at any time will be tolerated on any interstate or two lane highway with a center divider.

Furthermore, issues regarding Police Parking while in a Traffic Stop have been brought to our attention. Below is a submission of a legal Traffic Stop. This is taken straight from the San Andreas Law Enforcement Academy.

Above shown is a vehicle being pulled over, with the police vehicle at an appoximate 35 degree angle. This angle provides safety for the officer if his or her vehicle is hit by an out of control vehicle. Please study this, and understand it.

Thank you for your continued cooperation
