Any additional weapons must be requested through a Special Weapons Request through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
Special licenses are given for such weapons however, open and concealed carry laws still apply.
Help!
You find yourself still arrested but not violating any laws here. What do you do? Obey the officers and comply. The minute you don't, you can be liable or worse, shot for causing unnecessary fear to officers. Calmly explain, show your licenses, and make sure you do not have your weapon brandished when law enforcement are responding.
If you still feel violated, file with the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Without a Weapons License
You may;
- Own any handgun (Colt & Deagle) without modifications (silenced).
- May only store these weapons in your residing address.
- Open or concealed carry, storage in a motor vehicle or otherwise non-residing address is strictly prohibited.
- If transporting, weapon must be unloaded and stored in the vehicle.
With a Weapons License
You may;
- Own any handgun (Colt & Deagle) without modifications (silenced).
- Own any non-automatic rifle (country rifle) without a scope (sniper).
- Concealed carry is allowed everywhere except;
- Any government land or property.
- Any property with signs posted advising no weapons.
- Open carry is allowed everywhere except;
- Any government land or property.
- Any municipal land or designated township jurisdictions.
- Montgomery, Los Santos, etc.
- Any storage location currently in ownership by the license holder.
- Property, vehicle, etc.
Other Weapons?
