Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
-The current /sendtorc only sends players that aren't in vehicle, and it's really bothering both players that they have to wait for them to get TP'd and for admins having to TP them manually, so I took few minutes and done it myself, all I need is approval and I'll send it to developer to implement it.

Advantages/Benefits
-No more getting out of cars for TP
-Quicker
-Better

UPDATE: I made a command that sends you to any of the counties you want, all you need to do is ie. "/sendtoplace Nancy bb" and it TP's me into Blueberry.

[SYNTAX] /sendtoplace [Player] [Location]
Locations are:
Dillimore (dm)
Blueberry (bb)
Palomino Creek (pc)
Montgomery (mg)

what i do is just tp to my mark I set at PD and then tp the player to me. works just as fast.

/sendtoplace and /tpl commands for administrators have been implemented in-game.
