Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
-So basically a player can go to an admin , Paying the VP for an engine transfer and the admin removes the speedmod from one car and gives back the player an item
- And when you go on f7 you get an Engine doesnt go to the car
- Add the v12 to the car like a mod shop , left click it and it goes into the car?

Advantages/Benefits
- Means that players can remove slots in their player and remove the amount of cars that they have
- Also brings in more RP because you can sell engines to other players without the car
