- Adding in Dog skins for RP+ Members only, They would be also able to make a new Dog Character, With one name and 0 inventory space 0 vehicles 0 properties 0 perks nothing just dog lol

Allow them to sniff and hold small toys. And not only for RP+. Let people go trough a test to see if their Dog RP is decent enough.

If it was RP+ only then, if a dog breaks the rules they lose RP+, but normal players only get a jail.
