Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
- A roleplay test that consists of many questions about Roleplay, That test the roleplay of new members and also their english, This would also be for current members of the community, so this would be set to everyone not just new members, If new players can't answer the questions they can go read the rules and understand what Roleplay is then come and answer the test.

Advantages/Benefits
- Bringing in players who have a main idea on how to roleplay.
- Decreasing the amount of noobs (IF Implemented also on current members)
- Decreasing the amount of Non-RP
Disadvantages
If any
- Some players will have to head to the forums in order to answer the questions

Don't we already have this when new players log on? I've had multiple friends join the server and tell me "Give me a minute, gotta finish this test." So sorry bro, -1 Noobs join, We all started out as one. They'll just need time to learn noobs are the ones that don't RP most, Usually just tell them to RP, and if they don't well we have a report function for a reason..
