A small splash can be heard in the vicinity as Makisig and Isko Santos throws two heavy body bags into the bay. Two snitches out of the way.
They are the two top bosses of Tahimik Pumatay, a syndicate that deals with contract killing, fraud, prostitution, drug trafficking, extortion, weapon trafficking, robbing, human trafficking and illegal gambling.
They have people for everything, they don't even need to lift a single finger to have their requests done, but when it comes to dealing with snitches, they always do it on their own.

A planned riot takes place in Quezon City Jail. Due to the masses of inmates, nobody notices five inmates stabbed to death until the riot is cleared up. The investigators cannot find any traces to who committed this murder. But everyone knows Tahimik Pumatay was behind the whole riot and killings.

A trailer is stopped by the military at the city limits. They confiscated 100 kilos cannabis, 50 kilos cocaine and 2.5 kilos of methamphetamine. This is traced back to Tahimik Pumatay and Makisig and Isko is now constantly under the eyes of the police.

An honest detective finally found enough evidence on Makisig and Isko to place them in jail for a long time. He tells his partner about the information. Thirty minutes later he is dead in a dumpster, and his computer is wiped clean and the hard-drive is destroyed.
Manila NAIA Airport Terminal 3, 31st of July 2010 7:38 PM
Fifteen masked and armed men storms Terminal 3, twenty minutes later shots from a M-16 can be heard, then the men are seen storming out. A senate member with the goal of stopping corruption and crime is found dead. Nobody is in doubt that Tahimik Pumatay is behind this act as well.

The elections have started. This time, the people of Philippines want change. After all the years with heavy crime and corruption the people of Philippines support Rodrigo Duterte, the man who will put all criminals and corrupt official to death.
The Liberal party tried their best to rig the voting to keep the power over Philippines, but Duterte wins the election.
Manila, 30th of June 2016
Rodrigo Duterte takes place as the 16th president of Philippines and immediately starts naming corrupt officials, then killing them. Multiple of them were working for Tahimik Pumatay.
Makisig and Isko are getting desperate. Stuff isn't as easy anymore.
Manila, 1st of January 2017
More and more of their members are getting killed, and not a single government employee dares working for them anymore. Business isn't going as well as it used to. It is just going downhill from now.
As a new years resolution, Makisig and Isko decides to start up in USA before Duterte gets his hands on them.
They take the next flight to San Andreas, where they can have their syndicate started back up.
