"Undzer Shtik", loosely translating to "our thing" from Yiddish, is a Jewish-American organized crime group operating throughout the middle-class communities within Los Santos. Members of the group are not concentrated to one area or location, and are typically spread out among the various Jewish communities in the inner city - coming together for joint criminal ventures in the interest of profits.

Beginning in the mid 20th century during an influx of orthodox Jews to Los Santos following the events of the second World War, the framework for Undzer Shtik was built on non-violent, quiet crime. Many of the families trying to get their feet planted in the city were not able to secure the high paying unionized jobs, mainly due to prejudice. Those that held their religious morals dearly kept their head down and tried their hardest to make a decent, honest living, but those that had been made aware of the city's underworld turned to petty crime to make ends meet. This continued for decades in low numbers, with the group's sole focus being doing what it takes to survive in a new country.

Fast foward to 2001, after the September 11th attacks, the Jewish community as a whole faced unprecedented prejudice from American society. Neighborhoods were vandalized extensively, and Jews steadily became a preferred target to organized crime from outside crews. The few members of Undzer Shtik quickly rallied together and began initiatives to defend their communities from outside crime by increasing their numbers and expanding their reach. The group's criminal operations took a steep ramp up in the interest of overtaking market share against their oppressors - most of them not concerned about profits - but about asserting dominance in their communities.

The group, and as a result, Jewish communities as a whole, prospered in Los Santos untill Undzer Shtik was hit with a federal RICO case in 2013 and the top-ranking members were arrested on Racketeering charges following a raid.
These days, not much has been documented publicly about the activity of Undzer Shtik, and it is generally assumed that the group is dormant. It is believed that the major players are still serving time, and nobody has stepped up to replace them. The ultra-orthodox communities they were once apart of have now become more modern, with an emphasis on discarding the unnecessary customs associated with orthodox Judaism.
