Witness Protection
In order to request protection of a witness, submit your request to the following email: www.9thcourt.lsdc@sa.com
Your request will be answered by a reply with the correct form. Fill out and send it back to the person whom addressed it to you. Complete the following information, only properly submitted forms will be acknowledged.
Ensure you provide all informed listed below:
- Name of person.
- Address.
- Phone Number.
- Vehicles.
- Properties.
- Duration of Protection.
- Reason for Witness Protection.
- Detailed information regarding risk to witness.
Upon reception of this form, the Marshal Services will deploy a team to protect the stated witness for a given window of time. Upon completion of the case the witness is associated with, witness protection services will be terminated.
