My character is a mentally ill gangbanger, does that exclude him from the IGS rule? People are killed at gas stations all the time, and judging by
what I saw today - this rule is exploited. A player deemed it 'legal' to ram my car, so I took out a knife and threatened him (he qq'd.) Seems
there are un-written variations; what happens if someone is chased into the gas station? Is that a technical safe zone because of cameras!? Stupid psychopaths
don't care about getting caught, that's why they're criminals. (This has been implemented before - where the police are called by the gas station owner because of the cameras - rp'd,
it adds depth to the experience and doesn't cause OOC and IC crossover friction.) A few bystanders continued to RP with me, but the QQ'er refused to play along; an admin was called by him and it was voided!

This is just me stating what I've seen, I do have experience and credentials!
