Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea

A little while back, mta introduced a setting that would allow server owners to disable gta3.img modding (txd/dff mods) client side if they saw it fit, I made the suggestion here to re-enable it and we did as there was no harm in doing so. I recently discovered that you can allow synced animation mods within mta sa by enabling it with the same method gta3.img mods were. By adding in one line to the server configure file
<client_file name="anim/ped.ifp" verify="1"/>
https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Anti-cheat_guide
This talks about customized gta sa data files, but it doesn't that custom animations are dangerous (mainly because they aren't). I'll link a video showing what ifp mods do.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uPtmXic2wHg
As you can see there is no harm in adding these, its mainly just for personal enjoyment and such (basically the purpose of every mod), it won't cause de-sync or lag on anyone's screen as mta is 99% synced (except for ping differences) and if it does become a problem we can always disable it. When I get home I will record what it's like on mta on a LAN server and link it.
Important: once done adding this to the server conf you'll need to restart the server at whenever you see fit (prolly when less people are on). Try this out on the dev server if you're curious or on a LAN server.
To those who skimmed this, THIS ISNT A SUGGESTION FOR NEW ANIMATIONS. This is a suggestion to allow client side mods for anims.
Advantages/Benefits
More personal enjoyment
People can install animation mods without interfering with the server
Isn't abusable
Disadvantages
If any
None, yet.
Does it require scripting?
