Banned without an account?

My brother got me IP banned I think, when I try join "Multi Theft Auto Roleplay | mtarp.co" it says "You are banned from this server." I've never played on it before and it looks cool with the playerbase, could you lift the IP ban but keep the serial banned on his computer?

Do not say to put a ticket in the UCP. I do not have an account!

Since you don't have an account, this is the perfect time to make one anyway!

Then you can head your way over to the ticket center and the administration will help you.

There is confirmed to be a ban on the IP given in this post. The ban was for server advertising, back on October 22, by Overload himself. (All of this is seen on the 'Fairplay bans' section of the forum) Checking based on serial information, You stand a small chance of the ban being lifted. Do create the ticket in the UCP after creating an account, and we'll see what can be done.
