Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
-Well, the DMV is kinda useless at the moment. If we add a feature that people can Insurance their car for like 350$ bucks for a month it would be a cool and unique feature what I havent seen anywhere. The police can stop cars to check their insurance and if the dont have one they get a ticket and will be escorted to DMV to get one.

Advantages/Benefits
-More use to DMV
-People having a ton of cars should pay to keep the cars street legal
-More to the Police Roleplay

Disadvantages
If any
-It will take some extra money from players pocket
-People owning a ton of cars might not like it.

It should be like, you have to go to the dmv to RPly pay all of the needed fees for your vehicle, the hen just purchase like vehicle tax for each of your cars and you get an item in your inv like a tax disc/ proof of insurance and it should expire over a certain period of time, like vip hours did.

3. Car selling(used cars that players can drive un, type price and wait till someone buy it)

Where is there not any benefits. I think that if you have insurance the cost of the pnp should be lower, like 50% less, cause irl insurance pays for most of damages and repairs on a vehicle so why can't it be done ig?

I remain neutral on this suggestion as it's not in depth enough for me to make an exact decision.

-How much money (percentage wise) would be deducted from the Pay n' Spray cost?
-Would your car be replaced if it is permanently stolen? Or would the price of a replacement vehicle be deducted from the original cost?
-Would the amount of insurance costs be different depending on the type of vehicle? (Clover vs Bullet for example).
-Would you be able to choose different insurance plans? Different plans that would change the amount covered by insurance company for pay n' spray, and replacement costs, etc.
