I would only use my firearm if there was a need such as a suspect running away from me or for hunting an animal. I would use it to shoot an animal in sight of my vision. It would only be used for the purposes above.

If I am being harrased by a person - such as they keep following me and crashing into my vehicle, or such situations. If I was being robbed I would call 911 and await for the police to arrive. However, during my cop duties, I would not shoot at an suspected civilian unless there was a satisfactory reason.
