don't think they are removable. Unless you find a SQL scripter. Its from the previous building that was there.

Actually they are removable. Install SA-MP Map Editor, go to that location, click on it and remove it. Output the code for it, copy and paste it on a website (can't remember the name, just google SAMP to MTA or smth) and you'll get the code for MTA.

Just choose the saved map place.
Upload it there and it should give you the codes.
Choose: MTAeathmatch map (At least I think that is. didn't map for a while. Don't remember.
