Description of Faction (Minimum of 150 words):
The old crew tore apart. Tyrone Ways and Huey Jamal ways went to Las Vegas, and started gambling with all the money they earned from hustling. Unfortunately, they both lost all their money.
They lived on the streets, doing some minor drugdealing to get food. The money they had after buying food was used on gambling in order to attempt to get rich. Eventually they just had to give up. They went to Skredderåsen, Norway to live off wellfare checks, and had a pretty alright time in a shitty apartment. Eventually they decided to move back to Los Santos. Even though they never had good amounts of money, and they had to protect their asses at all times, they had the best time of their lives.
When they arrived to Los Santos, they had a call with Carl Jenks, which was hustling around with Joe Lonardo and a new guy called Dillon Anderson. Carl, Joe and Dillon arrived at the airport to pick up Tyrone and Huey. As they were driving, they told Tyrone and Huey about a new crew in town called HVK, they had taken over Grove Street after 411 was gone.
The new 411 had to use a new hood while they were slowly fighting to get their original hood back.

Heavy RP skills.
Heavy passive RP skills.
Low recent jails.
Never ever having any rich cars.
Never ever having any rich houses.
Experience with ghetto RP
Faction Rules:
One car and one house is enough. (DONT STATWHORE)
Don't focus on earning money.
Sell drugs for realistic prices. (We do it for the RP not for the money)
Never ever use guns as first resort. (Even though we're armed, we want to rather RP brawls than shootouts, and we want to use bats more than guns.)
IC Faction Rules
Always respect the higher ranked members.
Always stay under the radar. (Don't provoke the police, rather hide from them)
Always threat the hood with respect. Don't throw junk around in the hood, do it in other people's hoods.
Always be there for another member. When someone is in trouble, help them.
OOC Faction Rules
RP at all times.
Don't QQ. We don't like QQers, we just kick them.
If you get kicked or leave, you might be CK'd, this is under our CK clause.
Listen to admins when they tell you something, we don't want our members to be jailed.
When a member gives you constructive critisism, don't get mad at them, they just want to help you out.
Don't spam in the faction chat.
Don't MG at all. (ANY MG seen in the faction chat will be an instant kick from the faction)
We will use a strike system in the leader notes. If you get enough strikes, this will be a blacklist from the faction. (Meaning you cannot join again on any characters.)
If your faction is made, what would you need? (Example: Badges, Mapped HQ, Ect.):
All we need is the faction itself.
