Why does the Defendant owe the Plaintiff money? he humiliated infront of inmates and the rest of the officers, locking a man into a call for 5 days without reason, and he refused to give him a lawer, and he told him to kill himself, he also didnt give him any showers and still isnt, no tiolet so he goes in the corner of his cell, and no sink,, he is also not feeding him i actualy has to sneak in some food for him and some water.
