I am a former Dinapoli (Mafia), I left the Dinapolis after i got sick of it. Now i'm just trying to live my life, not breaking the law, just trying to make some cash. I used to be really rich, I lost my money, dropped a lot, i've been spending more then i'm making. I realized that, so i bought this huge property, looks to be a construction place in Blueberry. I turned it into my own garage kinda thing. I want this place to be my business, a garage where people can bring their cars, and for cheap prices get them fixed, Painted, and upgraded. Its also a cool place just to hang out and party. I want host car shows, and just make this place amazing. It will be called, Final Build Garage.

Start by trying to create a faction before requesting special stuff, it will be easier that way, as we will by that time know your RP skills, how serious you are about it, etc.

Why a faction? He is making his own garage, so why would he need a faction for that? Simply just give him the rights.
Make it under some kind of ''trial'' and see how it goes from there.

I don't want to start a faction.. i would have to employ people and pay them, the whole point of this is so i can make money and have fun, maybe have a partner, but that's it, i want to be on my own and do what ever i want, i don't want to have to worry about my employees and all that crap, i just want my own little buisness

I agree with this. It shouldn't matter whether or not this business is a faction. It's just a self-owned business, and I feel he should have accessibility to the Mechanic job.

I agree with this. maybe have an admin watch your RP skills as you fix and tune cars and the admin can then use powers to fix the car if they think your RP is good enough, this will also get you known by the admins and maybe increase your chances of making a Faction.

Just read the post that you don't want a faction. then let admins watch your RP, that will still increase your chances of aquiring the job.

Good to see that the job is back, and that there are actually Mechanic's in town now, was getting tired of waiting for people of HEX to repaint my car, their so inactive!
