All I wanna say is that I think everyone has been put as a specific rank for a specific reason, so even if Atmas is a real good admin (Which he is) its just about the activity, yes we all have busy lives we can't shove MTARP in one spot, but I think I agree with these promotions, maybe not joshua but I agree with most of these promotions.
