You could turn your middle-class speaker on/off, you can change the volume and station also.
Advantages/Benefits
They still are pretty loud, and its pretty annoying.
Could listen more than one station.
Disadvantages
If any

Makes life easier, because when there are million speakers around, it's really loud.

Maybe could use them just for furniture.
