Moving the Character Selection screen

Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
-Moving the Character Selection location from Santa Maria Beach to Red County. For example, make it in Palomino Creek, and then when the player logs in, make the camera go supersanic speed from Blueberry, across all County's (straight line can be made and every County can be seen) to Palomino Creek, where the character selection screen is.
Advantages/Benefits
-Refreshing a 1 year old character selection screen

-None
