Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
/randomrecon or something similiar, the name says it all. With this command you will get a random ID and recon it. Excluding admins (to avoid lower admins reconning higher admins)

Advantages/Benefits
I personally recon a lot. Not to punish people but i just like to see what they're up to, how they're RP'ing and what they encounter. This way i don't have to check TAB and just pick one. I like it random!
