Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
Basically, people would have to "renew" their licenses we will say every 6 months (hence its a game and ofc wont do the years thing) - And their license will have an
expiry date and would display on the item and next to it on /sh***icenses.

Advantages/Benefits
More realistic systems, and more things to do and would create more RP (IE if people using expired license)

Disadvantages
If any
More things to check and script

Agreed with Lesley. Some people tend to join once-twice a week, so they'd basically have to take the test every 4th time they connect. Nothing below two months.
