Officer's E.Loca, and C.Pablo failed to provide Rob Bouchard with a chance to contact his lawyer, which is a violation of Mr.Bouchards constitutional rights. Officer C.Pablo charged Mr.Bouchard with Attempted Murder on a Law Enforcement Officer without having any evidence, other than stating Mr.Bouchard had the same/similar clothing to a suspect. C.Pablo also searched Mr.Bouchard vehicle without having a warrant, and Mr.Bouchard did not give consent to any searches of his property. Also, while Rob Bouchard was in the custody of E.Loca, E.Loca failed to close the back door to his cruiser, while taking a turn E.Loca caused Mr.Bouchard to fall out onto the road, and break his arm. After Mr.Bouchard was cared by from MedLab's employee Philip, C.Pablo had lifted Rob up by grabbing onto his already broken arm causing him to pop it out of place again.
