San Andreas Police Departament's New Training System
A couple of days ago, I have joined San Andreas Sheriff's Departament,
first off, we have went to a specific place where we done our training session.
Me and other students have ONLY Done one training session and have got promoted to the
Cadet rank. And In this Post, I am going to suggest how the new training system should work.
(Also other Police Departament's will be able to use it.)
What,When etc...
The best time for the Sessions to be arranged is from about
15:00 To 20:00 There will also be only one Session each day,
The Students/Cadets in the free time on duty whilst not doing a Training
Session will be driving as a passanger with the Trooper's / Deputy Sheriff's.
Session 1)- Safety Rules.
Session 2)-Law Rules etc.
Session 3)-The students will be taught
when they can
Ticket/Arrest
a specific Indivual.
Session 4)-Radio protocol.
Session 5)- First aid.
The Students can now move onto
Cadet rank.
Session 6)- Driving skills.
Session 7)- Foot/Weapon Skills.
Session 8)-Driving Skills practical.
Session 9)-Foot/Weapon Skills practical.
Session 10)The Students Can Finnaly do their Test.
And after they have done their tests, they can then ,move
one rank up, if they move to Cadet, I suggest that they stay on on a cadet
Untill the Chief or the leaders or even the higher ranked members
Will hear about them doing a good work, they can again move up one space.
