Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
-SAPD needs new systems which are:
Recruitment,training,test,procedures,ect...
1-Recruitment:The recruitment must be specific,not anyone can be in SAPD,Somethings must be RPed,record check,full details taken,and general check of the recruit.
2-Training:Training must be strict and serious,Students will train physical trainings and learn general combat skills needed in the field,and know general informations of weapons used and the way to use and procedures to use,and have shooting training and test.
In the training,Students will have to attend classes in PD to get the informations needed in the field such as:Codes,procedurs,laws,problem solutions,and general field infos.
In the training,Students will have driving lessons,how to act while patroling,while on a pursuit,how to stop a suspect while driving and to drive in a pursuit and avoiding public damages,ect...
3-Test:After each student will take a test after attending all the classes.The test will have 4 steps:first on is physical and combat skills test,second will be Shooting test,third will be a paper test about procedures,ect...
Fourth will be driving test.
All the students that will pass will have a graduation and get promoted to Cadets.
All the students that will not pass will have re apply to have a recruitment interview.
Cadets will be a ticket officer,his job is to pull over the traffic violators and ticket them,the rest is on the higher ranks.
Cadets will carry a Tazer,Nightstick,and pepperspray as duty weapons.
Cadets will not be involved in more situations unless he was asked to,thats why he wont be able to carry Lethal weapons.
Cadets will have special vehicles which they can ride.
Procedurs:SAPD needs new rules and procedurs.
POs must report everysingle situation and detail to HQ or dispatch or O-1,through the radio.
POs arent allowed to shoot lethal unless the suspect is armed with fire arms.
POs Must attend to roll calls and respect higher ranks orders.
POs must have MDC account.
POS will be able to join S.W.A.T.
S.W.A.T:S.W.A.T will have special trainings and have special forms.
S.W.A.T leader must be a Sergeant or higher rank.
S.W.A.T will be used on Hostage situations,Bomb threat,armed robbery,Kidnapping,.ect...
Divisions:SAPD must have different divisions.

etetive Bureau will have undercover POs that will penetrate into the criminal world which will help arresting mafia bosses,drug dealer,weapon dealers,ect...
DB members will wear casual clothes and walk as a citizen in public,he will be alowed to carry a Tazer and lethal weapon,a Radio and Earpiece is nessecary.
Bike Unit:Bike unit will be able to chase Small vehicles like bikes,that can pass throught tight alleys.
BATFE:Bureau of Alcohole Tobacco Firearms and Explosives.Its responsibilities include the investigation and prevention of federal offenses involving the unlawful use, manufacture, and possession of firearms and explosives; acts of arson and bombings; and illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products.
DEArug Enforcement Administration agents will stop the drug transactions happening in the country,including drug deals and drug production.
HSU:High speed unit wil be able to chse high speed vehicles.
ASU:Air support unit will be able to cover air area scan and support.
Every situation must be planned by HCs before action.
POs must check interiors like bars and restaurants from time to time.
POs must atleast patrol on foot once a day.
