When Sending Complaints to Teamspeak Admins
- Do not spam the complaint system.
- Do not use the complaint system as a means of contacting admins.
- When filling out a complaint against someone, please be sure to include the channel you are in
- If you require help from an admin, please idle in the "MTA Roleplay Staff Channels" Channel.
- If the problem can be solved by a Level 1 through 3 Admin, please contact them before contacting a Lead+ admin.
MTA Rules
- Unofficial factions are allowed to have 2 channels.
- Official factions are allowed to have 4 channels.
- Law Enforcement Factions (LSPD/SAPD) are allowed to have 20 channels maximum.

After some discussion, we have decided to revise some rules.
Due to some confusion regarding the rules, I will restate some of the most important rules here:

After some discussion, we have decided to revise some rules.
- (Revise) Administrators may (still) not jail other Administrators, However after rule revision GM's may be jailed, if they break the rules. Any GM caught abusing powers to escape jail will be subject to immediate removal.
- (Revise) Players may now steal faction vehicles, as long as the vehicle is running, and unlocked, and they take it in a Roleplay manner. No Request is any longer needed to do so. If the vehicle is unlocked but no running, Permission is still required, and would require an admin's approval before you can turn it on. Be advised that most vehicles are equipped with LoJack, (Such as PD Cars, and ES/FD Cars).
- (New) Players may steal items from a car if it is unlocked, in a role play manner. If the items are not taken RP'ly then the player is subject to jail time.
Due to some confusion regarding the rules, I will restate some of the most important rules here:
- If a vehicle is running, and unlocked (Personal OR Faction) you may steal it as long as you Roleplay stealing it. (Without approval)
- If a vehicles is Not Running but unlocked, Locked but running, or Not running and Locked you MUST request admin permission to steal it. Proper Roleplay will be required as to how you get in it, and/or Start it.
- When requesting admin permission to steal a vehicle, the owner of the vehicle must be online. You may not steal a vehicle that is locked, and/or engine is not running if the player is offline.
- If the vehicle is Locked, but you want to RP stealing from the car, then the owner must be online as well. If the vehicle is Unlocked, you may steal from it while the owner is Offline, However you must clearly Roleplay your actions when doing so.
Houses:
- To break in to a house, or to burn a house: You must have a solid RP reason as to why, and a Sold RP Plan as to how you plan to carry this out. for example: /me lights house is not a valid RP Burning. The owner MUST be online during your roleplay.
- If the house is unlocked, you may steal from it as long as it is in a Roleplay manner, if the owner is Online or not.
CK's:
- You may not request a CK in game, It requires a Forum Application, and it requires that the application is Approved BEFORE your Roleplay.
- If a police officer is on SWAT Duty, the entire situation is a CK Situation. Both the player and officer are subject to CK if they are killed.
- If a police officer (NOT on SWAT Duty) is chasing a suspect, and the suspect opens fire, it becomes a CK Situation for the SUSPECT ONLY. Shooting at the police will put you at risk for CK without approval. If you are shot down by the police you will be CK'd.
- If during a Roleplay the Player to be CK'd accepts a CK, Then the CK will be valid.
- Almost any other reason will NOT be a CK. If you have questions about CK's please feel free to contact me, Please do not spam reports demanding a CK on someone, if it is not within these guidelines.

The Mayor, Emma Moore.
Since becoming Mayor of her home State, San Andreas, Emma Moore wasn’t the type of woman you would think to get into the life of politics, fine dinners, and prepared to deal with anything. Emma Moore grew up in Los Santos, a poor, needing new leadership kind of City, she was the child of wonders for all her teachers by getting A’s in all of her classes, it was expected of her to become something different, then the rest of the world. After speeding through high school, and appending hundreds of scholarships, she would attend Harvard University for a full six years straight.
Now with the experience in all fields of business, she would take over her striving company, Hex Tow n’ Go. Emma Moore made this company where it is today, rich in success, and still improving! Emma however, needed something, something more. She found it! After helping local Government improve traffic laws, in due for her striving Company, she fell in love with politics. Making that one decision would be followed by the rest of the US, and towing vehicles would become so much easier. Emma Moore already had a business Degree, she knew this city was poor, she knew she could improve it. It was just her luck when the Government was shut down to corruption charges, and no other professional ready to take on a city like this.
Going back to get political classes, she sped through that just like back in high school. Emma Moore, was simply amazing, and no one had a doubt. The only question was, how was she going to get the Governor position of a city like this? How would this be possible? She already handed her company off to another CEO, how would she accomplish her place in life? Emma stomped down to Washington D.C., demanding to speak with the President, and throughout being escorted illegally out of the building, Michelle Obama caught her eye. Who would think, the First Lady, to notice such a beautiful woman like Emma? Michelle immediately told secret service to back off, Emma throwing her resume’ in their faces, she would be escorted to the Oval office. Emma was able to get her story out to the President, explaining non-stop of how much her home state was in dire need of help, and Emma has the experience, and readiness to make such change.
The President would strain himself, to be sure of making Emma the Mayor, of the great, San Andreas. Now, with success, Emma Moore is going to make the change for the cities of San Andreas, and not let any of them go to waste in crime. She wouldn't believe it, how she was even able to process this, she still to this day hasn’t found out. But she will make the changes needed, she will improve the system, she is, Emma Moore.

Perjury
-Lying under oath or affirmation in a court of law or in any of various sworn statements in writing.
Charge: 45 minutes, and a fine of up to $4,000.
Causing the conviction and or execution of an innocent person: Life in prison.
Aiding and Abetting
-Actively participating in a crime, even if not actively committing the offence.
Charge: 40 minutes.
Evasion
-Fleeing from police.

Misdemeanor Charges
Misdemeanor charges are those that will require either a ticket or jail sentence to be held at the department’s cells. Misdemeanors will not result in a transfer to the Los Santos Correctional Facility.

Receiving Stolen Property
-Being in possession of property that is known to have been stolen.
Charge: 20-25 minutes jail, $1,000 fine.
Embezzlement
-Dishonestly appropriating or secreting assets by one or more individuals to whom such assets have been entrusted.
Charge: 40-70 minutes jail, $10,000 fine.
Forcible Entry
-Entering a property forcefully without permission from the property owner.
Charge: 20-40 minutes, $4,000 fine.
Failure to Pay a Ticket
-Failing to pay a ticket on time.
Charge: Double the charge posted on the ticket. If he continues, arrest him for Failure to Obey.
Obstruction of justice
-Interfering with any governmental operations.
Ordinary Case: 40 – 80 minutes, $5,000 fine.
Failure to Obey a Lawful Order
-Failure to obey law-enforcement officers, traffic-control officers, and/or firemen as traffic-control officers which order or direction is directly related to an emergency situation.
Charge: 20 minutes
Resulting in death of a person: 20 – 40 minutes + $10,000 fine.
Resulting in death of two or more: 40 – 100 minutes + $20,000 fine.
Prostitution
-Having sexual intercourse for money and/or any item of value.
Charge: 10 – 20 minutes, $5,000 fine.
Pimping
-Employing prostitutes for any kind of profit.
Charge: 30-40 minutes, $10,000 fine.
Trespassing
-Entering a restricted government property, or entering a private property without permission.
Charge: 20 – 30 minutes, $2,000 fine.
Stalking
-Following/spying on a person without their permission.
Charge: 40 – 60 minutes, $5,000 fine.
Disorderly Conduct
-Display of improper behavior, i.e. slapping, name calling, etcetera.
Charge: 5-10 minutes, $500 fine.
Loitering
-Standing, sitting, laying, or sleeping, blocking a public place such as a sidewalk or business, causing the interference with public traffic.
Charge: Up to a $500 ticket.
Vandalism
-Damaging or destroying public/private property.
Charge: $500 ticket, repeat offenders 10-20 minutes jail.
Public Intoxication
-Being under the influence while in a public environment.
Charge: 10 minutes jail, $100 ticket.
Obscene Phone Calls
-Making harassing/inappropriate phone calls.
Charge: 20-30 minutes jail, $1000 fine.
Littering
-Leaving waste in any location other than a trash reciprocal.
Charge: $1000 ticket.
Impeding Rescue Efforts
-Slowing down or preventing any emergency rescue in any way.
Charge: 30-60 minute jail, $5,000 fine.
Disturbing the Peace
-Causing a disturbance hampering normal execution with daily life.
Charge: Confiscation of audio device, up to $500 ticket.
Tampering with a Vehicle
-Attempting to enter and/or being in physical contact with a vehicle that is not owned by the suspect.
Charge: 10-15 minutes jail, up to $1000 fine
Carrying a Loaded Firearm
-Having a loaded firearm on your person.
Charge: 30-40 minutes jail, up to $5000 fine
Traffic Violations
Traffic violations are fines for violating traffic and vehicular laws.

Failure to Yield for Emergency Vehicles
-Failure to pull to the right side of the road to let an emergency vehicle pass.
Charge: $1,000 ticket
Street Racing
-Racing on any public road without a legal permit to do so.
Charge: $5,000 - $7,000 ticket, license revocation, and seizure of vehicle.
Reckless Driving
-Driving a vehicle in a manner that endangers the life of other persons.
Charge: 40 – 60 minutes, $5,000 fine.
DWI (Driving While Intoxicated)
(Legal BAC (Blood Alcohol Limit) is 0.08)
First Offence: 10-20 minutes, $500 fine.
Repeat Offender: 60-100 minutes, $2000 fine.
Under Influence of Drugs: 40 minutes, $1000 fine.
Speeding
-Driving a vehicle (including bicycles) over the posted speed limit.
All charges are also to include a demerit on the driver’s license.
Speeding 1-5mph over the limit: Verbal warning or $100 ticket.
Speeding 6-10mph over the limit: Verbal warning or $300 ticket.
Speeding 11-15mph over the limit: $1000 ticket
Speeding 16mph-20 over the limit: License revocation, $2000 ticket
Any speed more than 20mph over the limit is considered reckless driving.
Failure to Wear a Seat belt
-Wearing no seat belt while operating a vehicle.
Charge: $250 ticket, demerit on the driver's license.
Failure to stop at a stop zone
-The stopping zone is anywhere there is a crosswalk at an intersection.

Character Kills - Official Rules
Character Kills
A Character Kill (CK) is defined as getting killed in such a way that your character is permanently eliminated, all stats, property, and possessions removed from said character.
How does one get Character Killed?
Character kills can only occur by three ways:
Upon death, your body will be left at the spot where your character was killed. All items on your person will remain on the body, any weapons in hand at the moment of death will also lost and non-retrievable. Any attempt of returning to the scene will result in an immediate disciplinary action, deemed by the administrator in charge.
What happens afterward...
Normal Character Kill
If your character is CK'd due to the first two and the last stated reasons above, then you receive a normal death. By this we mean that after your death and the creation of another character, and based upon faction policies, you will be allowed to either reinstate under a different name and assume a different RP posture, or rejoin at the basic ranks, forgoing training needed by new members.Although you are allowed to resume positions, any possessions such as houses, vehicles, and items on your person or in your possession may not be re-obtained. You of course can re-buy anything that you did own (except houses and vehicles - until foreclosed on or impounded and put on auction), but the ones owned by your previous character cannot be given back (only exception includes donater perks). Your relationships and friends will also all be forgotten, you are still a different person with a different mind and memories.

A full CK is when your character is removed due to preju****s against your character by another, the second to last reason listed in how you may get Character Killed. Unfortunately, if you are killed due to someone wanting you dead for RP reasons, you're not allowed any of the privileges. You are not allowed to rejoin any faction your character was in without a full new application submitted, you are not allowed back in under a reinstatement or anything similar. This is a complete wipe of everything your character was.

We're back!
Hello MTA:RPers!
As some of you may remember, we once had an Events Team, lead by Beatty.
Since Beatty is no longer with us, the Events Team kinda fell into ruins.. But fear not! I am now taking over the events team, in hope to bring more fun and events to the server!
At the moment, no one but Roleplay+ members, Administrators and Faction Leaders are able to join the Events Team, but maybe the events team will open for other players, at a limited point.
Right now I need you to come with your input (Just like Beatty did), as for what you guys like? We're going to host alot of very different events.
These events could be such as:
OOC Events, maybe a huge race, where there's no RP involved, a DeathMatch shootout, etc.
It could be a bigger RP event where we would need alot of volunteers, such as: A huge plane crash, a big bank robbery where there'd be some hostages, etc.
It could be events including the whole server, such as: A flood, a bomb threat, etc.
But in order to do any of these events, we need:
Volunteers that are happy to jump into the events at any time needed.
More Roleplay+ members, which would take the bigger roles in an event.
More LSES members, more PD members.
More RP schools so we can get some better RPers, a good attitude.
These events are only for you to have a good time, so ofcourse we wouldn't host anything you don't want to do, which is why we need your help:

Okay so my faction and I are doing an ITENSE bank robbery, we literally talked over Skype, and planned LOTS out. So yes, it's not much of an idea then me rping with awesome friends. YES, this will be well rpd, I have about 4 admins in my faction, and there robbing it with me too. I spoke to ello, Ricardo, Jefferson about this, they approved of this, and they said if its really well RPd, we get to have 25+ million dollars...so, everyone get on their PD alts tomrrow so we can have some fun!
Okay so my faction and I are doing an ITENSE bank robbery, we literally talked over Skype, and planned LOTS out. So yes, it's not much of an idea then me rping with awesome friends. YES, this will be well rpd, I have about 4 admins in my faction, and there robbing it with me too. I spoke to ello, Ricardo, Jefferson about this, they approved of this, and they said if its really well RPd, we get to have 25+ million dollars...so, everyone get on their PD alts tomrrow so we can have some fun!

I say a flood would be really fun. Like over the span of a week or so (maybe longer) there's just non-stop rain with a script that slowly raises the sea level every few hours. Mass riots could break out for illegal factions, retaliation by the PD can be in effect and LSES would be needed more than ever. We could have a shelter type area mapped out in the LS Stadium as an option to escape from the rising water. Though this would require a LOT of PD and LSES to be online and on duty.
