SPD Forum Registration Troubles

Hello there, I'm having some troubles registering on the SPD forum. It asks me to enter a security code to enter to complete the registration, but where the code picture is suppose to be it says "Invalid Referrer" leaving me unable to register, can someone help me?

I would reinstate, but the thing is, I applied to SASD then all of a sudden they closed shop so I never even had a shot of being accepted to the academy.

Is there anyway I can work around this. SPD recruitments are near closing, and I'd be disappointed if I couldn't join due to forum issues!
