Stun gun ( Tazer )

We all know that only law enforcement employees can carry and use a stun gun tazer. That's realistic.
But i think that civilians also need to.Exactly as in real life , I Think that a man can apply for a stun gun licence to carry. Just like weapon licence.
I know that this may have some disadvantages.But i want you guys to think about it.

There are a lot of things you can do IRL that we simply cant allow IG due to abuse. I have a weapons permit in RL, and can purchase anything i want. It cost me $10 and a Background Check. In game this would be too widely abused though, which is why we dont willingly hand out those..

-1, the current state of some players RP would allow there to be plenty of abuse and all especially with less mature players or players who don't understand how the Right to Bear Arms works in the USA
