- Add the ability to give vPoints to offline players.

Advantages/Benefits
- Being able to give vPoints to offline players.

Disadvantages
- Possible abuse. ( There WILL be abuse, but it can be dealt with, that's why we have admins, logs and ticket center. )

How would you go about implementing this suggestion?
- Make a new command /ogiftvp [Exact player username] = the ability to give vPoints to offline players.
