Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
- As a new character is made, before he joins there would be an Andromada going towards LSIA and a /district (DISTRICT IC: You would hear the sound of a plane landing in the airport.) and the new player spawns infront of LSIA.

Advantages/Benefits
- better than spawning at DMV (even doe u wnt to buy licens)

Disadvantages

- 9/11

New plane for every guy that comes? Imagine 10 people making a character at the same time, it'd be awful.

Could just have a cut scene play. I like the idea but how often new players are made, everyone would be spammed with that district.

This suggestion is can be arsed to RP or nah (Place a poll on it)
Plus the districts can be limited so if there's more than one person creating character it doesn't bug out. Also, they could make it so a district for a new character and the noise etc can only be heard once an hour. This way there's no way to really bug it out no matter how much characters are made that one district and noise per hour is all for them.
