Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
- I would like to see my old tickets what have been closed on the Ticket Centre. Under my tickets I mean the tickets what I have made like 2 months ago anything like that.

Advantages/Benefits
- Saving time, lots of it. I dont want to browse the ticket centre page by page

I totally don't understand the suggestion. You want to see your OWN tickets? You can! Click like you are submitting your own ticket, and view your personal ticketcenter home.
