Jarvis Roberts reported against Todd McElhiney for trolling police. After running a BZR infront of the cop for the 5th time I saw, I slapped him to knock it off. The cop began a Code 1. when the cop was outside the vehicle, Todd does the following:

2013-09-01 15:05:27 *Javis Roberts unholsters his Pistol from his duty-belt, cocking it & turning the safety OFF.
2013-09-01 15:05:30 *Todd McElhiney backs it into the cop car as he lowers the hook, hoping to catch the hook on the chassics.
at which point, he drives away with the truck.
Todd was warned for abusing his towtruck, Jailed for 35 minutes for nonRP towing, and his towtruck deleted.
