Subject Reason(S) you are making this lawsuit(Simple words- Car Accident, ect): Police Brutality
Reason(S) you are making this lawsuit(Long Answer- explain): I was walking one afternoon, Then TWO LSPD Cruisers roll up, and get out and stated: "Get the fuck against my cruiser!" I reply: "Excuse me? Do you have a search warrant?". ((Then in OOC They say they don't have to have one)) They reply" Get the fuck against the cruiser, before we use force!" I reply: "Since you fail to provide a warrant, i will walk away" Then they pull out there x25 Standard-Issued Tazers and AIM it at me. I say: "Excuse me!? Im not armed! Weapons down! I have done nothing wrong!" They reply: "THIS IS NOT A JOKE!" Then taze me. As i lay on the Concrete Sidewalk. Mr Dornatt in a violent way, forces his knees on my back and then cuffs me. When he pulls me up and places me in his cruiser. Before i entered i stated: "Also, i will require your badge numbers as i am going to be sueing you" They reply: "Get the fuck in!". So i followed their orders. They also refused to read my rights, nor told me there badge numbers. I was charged with "Refusing to follow an Order, Evasion". If this case is accepted, i would like for the charges to be removed, since i am sueing for the Police Brutality, and Unlawful Arrest.
Witnesses(-They are not required to come to court, however if they don't, they can't support you): Myself, Nobody else.
