Reason(S) you are making this lawsuit(Long Answer- explain): I was at Alahambra club after hearing there was a party there on the radio. Anyways I arrived at the party, and entered the building. I overheard two men talking about selling drugs, so they walked into an officer, beside the bar area. So I was going to get some cash out of the ATM to purchase myself a drink, and that's when I noticed there was a man guarding the door. So I tried going to the ATM quietly so I wouldn't appear as a threat. The man who was guarding the door proceeded to scream back up. I backed up and he pullet out what appeared to be a Colt 45 from his waistband, and aimed it at my head.

At this point I was obviously scared for my life, so I run towards the exit, and pull out my cell phone and dial 911, and told the operator that a man had aimed a gun at my head. So I'm now waiting outside for the police to arrive, I seen a black Bullet come up the road, and then a Police Cruiser behind it. I run up to them screaming "help me! a man just aimed at gun at me!" So they hop out of the vehicle, and proceed to follow me towards the doors. I was then thinking they were going to follow me inside and want me to point out the man who aimed the gun at me.

So now I'm inside of the club, and I walk up to the man who aimed the gun at me, and scream "that's him" so I turn around and notice the cops didn't even follow me inside. 5 men start walking towards me, and circle around me. Screaming names at me. Then one big man grabbed me by the should, dragged me outside then threw me onto the ground infront of the police. I had broken my nose because when he through me to the ground I face planted onto the sidewalk.

So now I'm on the ground, the man who through me on the ground is behind me, and two cops are just sitting there looking at me. One of the cops looks over at Officer Charles Bulaven and says "I am going to leave" or something along those lines. So Charles helps me up, and I tell him that he assaulted me. Charles looks at me and says "you tripped", at this point I am shocked, because Officer Charles seen me get pushed.

And then out of no where, another man from the club, throws a punch at me, and knocks me out. Sometime later.. I don't know how much times I was knocked out, but I eventually woke up. So I stand up and three more police arrived at the scene, I am now shocked seeing that no one has been arrested for beating me.

So now Officer Charles comes towards me, and tells me to put my hands up, I do as the officer requested. He then asks me if he can frisk, I say "no problem" because after all, I have nothing to hide. So Officer Charles Bulaven finds nothing on me. The 5 men from the club come towards me and officer Charles. And they start screaming at me again.

Once again out of no where I am suckered punched, the punch knocks me out and shatters my cheek bone. I eventually wake up and still, no one is arrested. I tell Officer Charles Bulaven, that I want to lay charges on the attacker, but Officer Charles ignores me.

I get up and go the my vehicle, I just couldn't handle these attacks anymore, I then drove myself to the hospital and received treatment for my wounds.
